We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Etherealm will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item in an exchange.

The refund will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping fees, unless the return was due to our error (defective or incorrect item). Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
